Whether you are growing or buying vegetables, you can safely can them at home. This FREE class will show you how. You will learn:
- What can be safely canned at home
- The how and why of safe home canning
- How to use and maintain a pressure canner
- What foods MUST be canned in a pressure canner
- Pros and cons of different canner models.
You will get USDA directions for safe home canning of

You may bring your canner for evaluation or have the gauge tested if it hasn't been used recently.
NOTE: The class is free, but $5 will be requested at the door per person or couple to cover the costs of materials.
